For renters

Browse, then request
Filter by style, size, occasion, and open dates. Pay rental, deposit, and shipping, then wait for the owner to confirm, usually within 48 hours.
Receive by courier
The owner ships to your saved Thailand address. In-app meet-up isn’t available, so leave a few days of lead time.
Wear, return, get the deposit back
Drop off the prepaid return by the deadline. After the owner inspects, or if they don't within about 10 days, your deposit is refunded.

For owners

List a piece
Add photos, details, rental price, deposit, and your calendar. Verify your ID, then submit for Dresswell approval before it can be booked.
Confirm, then ship
When someone requests your dates, confirm in time and drop off with the courier label. You stay in control of each booking.
Inspect and get paid
Check the return, then earnings land in Payouts. Withdraw to your verified Thai bank on the monthly payout day.
